We have an architectural and design approach that believes in contributing to individuals’ freedom of choice and self-expression. One of the projects we felt that at best was the DKY ON project, which we designed in 2015. DKY İnşaat’s corporate approach to the use of common areas as well as maximum utilization efficiency in salable units, houses played a major role in the project being so effective.
We have found compact solutions to changing needs with furniture with multi-use purposes, thus ensuring that people feel comfortable at the maximum level in their homes at all times.
We had long periods of thinking on how architecture and interior design affect not only people’s lives but also their relationships with each other at the same time. Finally, in this project, we designed the shareable areas as a large and single space and aimed for people to touch each other through the concept of sharing.
