European Property Awards 2020 applications have started and we are very excited to participate in 5 categories with our Escape Mood project this year. The European Property Awards, one of the world’s most prestigious competitions in the field of residential and commercial real estate, has a very special place for us. The 3 different awards we won in this competition in 2018-2019 made us proud.
The 3. Istanbul Başakşehir project, which won awards in 3 categories – best sales office architecture, best sales office interior design and best show flat – is very valuable in terms of reflecting our approach regarding the design of common areas. By interpreting socialization in a different and innovative way with our design, we aimed to make the people living here a community rather than “people living together”. The rewarding of this approach has also influenced long-term implications, demonstrating the importance given to people-oriented architecture and interior design.
We have prepared a timeless concept by combining a sharp and modern design language with oriental details for the project, which is a joint venture of Al Zamil, Seha Yapı and Fuzul İnşaat (ASAF).
